Sub-Processors

Version 1.0 — Last updated June 2, 2026

To deliver our Services, Echelon (operated by 100x Technology Inc, "Echelon," "we," "us") engages a limited number of trusted third-party companies, known as "sub-processors," that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists the sub-processors that may process customer personal data in connection with the Services, together with the purpose of each engagement, the categories of data involved, and the regions in which processing takes place.

This page is the authoritative list referenced in our Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"). Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement that requires it to protect personal data to a standard consistent with our DPA, and, where applicable, by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent data-transfer safeguard. This list covers sub-processors that may process customer personal data; it does not include purely internal engineering and operational tooling that does not process customer data.

How We Manage Sub-Processor Changes

We maintain this page as the single source of truth for our sub-processor list. We update it — and increment the version number and the "Last updated" date above — whenever we add a sub-processor, remove a sub-processor, or make a material change to how an existing sub-processor processes personal data.

  • Advance notice. Enterprise customers with a signed DPA receive at least 30 days' advance notice by email before a new sub-processor begins processing their personal data, giving them an opportunity to object as set out in their DPA.
  • Subscribing to notifications. To be added to the sub-processor change-notification list, email legal@echelonai.com. Customers with a signed DPA are added to this list by default.
  • Right to object. If you have a reasonable, good-faith objection to a new sub-processor on data-protection grounds, contact us at legal@echelonai.com and we will work with you in accordance with the process described in your DPA.
  • Change log. Every addition, removal, or material change is recorded in the Change Log below and retained for audit purposes.

Current Sub-Processors

For all artificial-intelligence and large-language-model sub-processors listed below, model training is disabled and zero data retention is configured — your data is used solely to generate a response and is not retained or used to train AI models.

The "Country / region" column reflects where each sub-processor may process data. For sub-processors that operate in more than one region, your data is processed in the region matching your account and does not move between regions. Where processing occurs outside your home region, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard incorporated into each provider's Data Processing Agreement. Some sub-processors contract through a different legal entity depending on your region (for example, an EU or UK affiliate for customers hosted in those regions); the specific contracting entity, and the categories of personal data processed, are identified in your Data Processing Agreement.
